If it's in pieces we can put it together!

Our Story

Founded by Mitch Parson & Clifton Cannon May 6th 1991, the company began humbly, as two guys helping stores with their overflow assembly needs. Word quickly spread of the building duo and soon they were getting requests from all over the state.

What made them unique? While other companies would ascend on the store, fill the aisles with a large crew of men, and then leave behind a pile of trash and a month’s worth of inventory, M&C assemblies had a different philosophy.

  • Show up Early and Often. Most stores would get assemblies services at least twice a week, bringing the “just in time assembly” concept to the stores, ensuring that they had a consistent flow of merchandise instead of boom or bust.
  • Work Clean and Finish Clean. Since assembly service are performed on the floor during store hours, the team always made sure that the area was still shop-able for customers and they never left before the area was back to tip top shape with organized merchandise and no trash.
  • Make it Easy for the Store. The team also took it upon themselves to repair any damaged merchandise on the floor making certain that if it was on the floor, it was sellable.

After Mitch left the company to pursue out of state opportunities, Clifton realized that he could replicate the build philosophy and train others to perform the same level of high quality service. Today, M&C Assemblies has localized build teams all over the state, each trained in the customer centric core values of the organization, The “CANNON WAY".
